UniFi Reference UFR52
The UniFi Reference UFR52 is a floorstanding 3-way bass-reflex loudspeaker with a concentric tweeter/midrange driver and three 5-1/4" aluminum woofers. It suits home hi-fi listeners who want a floorstander in a walnut/black or oak/white finish.

The UFR52 is a three-way floorstanding speaker that assigns bass, midrange and treble to separate drivers. A concentric unit combines a 1" soft-dome tweeter with a 4" aluminum-cone midrange on a cast chassis; the midrange has a larger voice coil, vented rear spider and neodymium magnet. Bass comes from three 5-1/4" aluminum-cone woofers.
The cabinet is CARB2-rated MDF with a curved front baffle, a full perimeter brace joining the top, bottom and side panels to reduce cabinet vibration, and a dual flared slot port intended to lower port noise and raise bass output. The crossover is specified at 220 Hz and 1800 Hz with a 6-ohm nominal impedance.
The speaker has bi-wire 5-way binding posts for connection to an amplifier. It comes in two finishes: Satin Black with Walnut sides, or Satin White with Oak sides. The UFR52 belongs to the UniFi Reference series, which also includes the UCR52 center channel and the UBR62 bookshelf model.
