The Monitor XT15 is a pair of compact two-way speakers, each with a 5.25-inch bilaminate paper woofer and a 1-inch Terylene dome tweeter. The tweeter carries response up to 40 kHz, and the speakers hold Hi-Res Audio certification for use with high-resolution streaming, films and games. The woofer is dynamically balanced and high-efficiency, aimed at clean mid-range and punchy low end for the cabinet size.

The speakers work as front left and right channels or as side and surround channels. They are compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X AV receivers and with 4- and 8-ohm amplifiers, and need no specialized equipment. Recommended amplifier power is 30 to 150 W per channel.

Connection is through one pair of 5-way nickel-plated binding posts on each speaker. Speaker cable is not included. The cabinet is small enough to be placed on a shelf or stand in most rooms.
