The ADM-Sub is an active subwoofer built as a bass extension for the ADM-4 and ADM-5 desktop monitors. It uses a 16.5 cm (6.5") driver in a cabinet with optimized bass-reflex channels, delivering 45 W RMS (50 W dynamic power) over a 50 Hz - 150 Hz frequency response.
The sound can be fitted to the room and the monitors it is paired with. A volume dial sets the level, a variable crossover sets the point where the sub takes over from the monitors (12 dB/octave slope), and a manual phase reversal switch helps align the sub with the speakers. An auto standby mode is included.
Signal comes in through RCA inputs with 130 mV sensitivity and an input impedance of at least 8 kOhm. The unit measures 220 x 315 x 256 mm and weighs 6.3 kg. An instruction manual is available as a PDF download.
