V2 SWITCH

The V2 Switch is a multi-purpose handheld dynamic microphone built around a custom supercardioide capsule. The pattern is designed to reduce room reflections and background noise while keeping speech and vocals intelligible in difficult sound environments.

An integrated non-slip on/off switch lets the user mute the microphone directly, which is useful for talkback and paging, between songs, or when handing the mic to a guest speaker. The body is all metal, with a stainless steel spring mesh grille that has a flattened, bevelled edge so the microphone does not roll off surfaces. An internal windscreen limits wind noise and plosives, and an integrated shock mount lowers handling and footstep noise.

The microphone connects through a 3-pin male XLR connector with gold-plated contacts and needs a mic preamp or audio interface to reach a computer. It ships with a mic clip, a thread adapter and a zippered pouch.
