The DSL1 Combo is a small valve guitar amplifier from Marshall's DSL range. It has two channels, Classic Gain and Ultra Gain, which cover clean tones through to heavy distortion. A footswitch handles channel changes, and a tone shift switch sits alongside the treble, middle and bass controls.
Output is 1W, and a switch drops it to 0.1W for quieter playing. The amp uses two ECC83 preamp valves and one ECC82 power amp valve. A digital reverb is built in, and a series effects loop allows time-based pedals or processors to be placed after the preamp. The speaker is an 8-inch Celestion G8C-15 Eight-15 rated at 15W and 16Ω.
The guitar plugs into a 1/4" input. A 1/4" speaker output (16Ω load only) and a 3.5mm emulated line out are on the outputs side, and a 3.5mm aux in doubles as the footswitch connection. The cabinet weighs 7.9 kg and is finished in black. It ships with a detachable power cable.
